MODULES

Contract Management
This is the central module of the system; it handles all aspects concerning rates and contract terms.

Reservations central
Reservations are received in this module and are effectively distributed to each of the hotels with all contract terms extracted from the Contract Management Module. 

Front Office
This module operates the property management and customer service areas. It receives the reservations from the Reservations Central and administrates the occupancy, availability, income and hotel facilities, as well as guests' complaints and requirements. 

Billing and Collection
This module receives the information concerning guests stay from the Front office and processes the bills using the information provided by the contract management module. It provides you with a powerful billing and collecting platform and handles advanced deposits, payments and commissions in the accounts statements.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED

Signum features a series of characteristics oriented to provide better customer service. Mobile devices can be used for applications such as Check In, Check Out, customer's complaints and requirements, housekeeping, mini bar, etc. 

User Friendly
All of the system's options are collaborated to be visually easy and manageable using Windows functionality throughout all the options and selections. All validations, options and selections are developed in real time.
